These terms are an agreement between you and SulfurByte ("we", "us") covering your use of Coral: Focus & App Blocker ("Coral", "the app"). By installing or using Coral you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Using Coral
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Coral on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, reverse engineer it except where the law permits, or use it in any unlawful way.
2. What Coral does and doesn't promise
Coral is a self-control aid: it helps you focus and limits access to apps you choose to restrict. It is not a parental-control, security, or medical product. App blocking depends on Android permissions and system behavior that we don't fully control (system updates, manufacturer modifications, force-stopping the app, or revoking its permissions can reduce or disable enforcement), so we do not guarantee that blocking is impossible to bypass or will work in every situation.
3. Coral Pro subscriptions
- Coral offers an optional subscription, Coral Pro (monthly or annual), which unlocks additional features shown in the app.
- Billing is handled by Google Play. The price is shown before you buy; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime in your Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
- We may change subscription prices; changes apply at your next renewal and Google Play will notify you as its policies require.
4. Coins and virtual items
Coins, corals, and other in-app items are virtual features of the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. We may adjust how they are earned or spent as the app evolves. They are lost if you delete the app's data or uninstall the app, and are not tied to any account.
5. Your data
Coral stores its data locally on your device and collects nothing about you, see the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Changes to the app and these terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Coral at any time. We may also update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with its "last updated" date, and material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use Coral after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Termination
You can stop using Coral at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Coral is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this section.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SulfurByte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Coral. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections granted by mandatory laws of your country of residence.
